I just had the fastest-food, convenience-store-style lunch I've had since living in Japan:

One (1) plastic-wrapped ham and cheese sandwich

One (1) "Super M"-brand banana milk

One (1) Cadbury's "Lunch Bar"

and

One (1) large chicken samoosa

And how do I feel? Like I've got some serious indigestion.

It's hard not to overspend at Foodworth's (the South African imported food store) because that entire lunch cost me 3$US for.
