it ocurred to me today that old people are actually the rebels of japan. often, i see old women and men walking along the road almost in the middle. i love it because there is no one else who would that.

who would do that?

but still, old grandmas are pushing their baby carriages with rice seeds and god-knows-what along the busy route 166.

it stops traffic, it makes everyone slow down and the old people don't even turn around to notice what is going on.

i got a beautiful gift of wild rice from katrina today and it made my month. ahhh. minnesota wild rice. i mixed it with some genmai and sour-plum flavoured furikake and it was so fucking good. mmmmm.
